Nighthawk Pointe in the Estuary at Grey Oaks consists of 20 custom homes built between 2003-2013. These sprawling homes range between 5,220 square feet to over 9,500 square feet of living space. East and west facing homes on Nighthawk Pointe enjoy lake and lush landscaping views. The east facing homes also have views of the Estuary’s golf course 4th hole, and the west residences enjoy golf course views of the 5th hole.
Nighthawk Pointe residents are permitted to lease their residence 12 times per year, with a 30-day minimum.
