Anhinga Pointe at the Estuary at Grey Oaks consists of 16 Tuscan inspired homes built by London Bay. The east facing homes feature lake and golf course views of the 1st and 2nd hole. The west facing homes enjoy direct lake views and overlook the 3rd hole. Construction commenced in 2004 and the last home was built in 2012. Homes positioned along Anhinga Pointe range between 4,200 square feet to over 10,000 square feet of living space.
