All 26 homes are positioned on Chinaberry Way and Chinaberry Court, which feature oversized lots, lake views and Palm golf course views. Construction on Banyan Island began in 2000 and was completed in 2004. All 26 homes are spacious, the smallest home is over 3,400 square feet and the largest is just over 7,000 square feet of living space.
Banyan Island residents are permitted to lease their residence twice a year with a 180-day minimum. No approval needed for pets.
