Majestic Isle at Grey Oaks is comprised of Cocoplum Way and Cocoplum Court and consists of 18 single-family homes. Located within the Club grounds southeast corner, these homes were built between 2001-2006. The smallest of the 18 homes is over 3,800 square feet and the largest is approx. 9,195 square feet of interior living space. All Majestic Isle residences enjoy views of the Palm golf course, holes 13 and 15, and most homes feature lakefront living.
Majestic Isle residents are permitted to lease their residence twice a year with a 180 day minimum. No approval needed for pets.
