The Mews is a hidden enclave of 28 villas within Grey Oaks. Located on the properties northern plot of land, the Mews was first constructed in 1995, and finished in 1999. The smallest of the villas is just under 2,700 square feet and the largest of the 28 villas is just over 3,350 square feet of interior living space. Mews villas feature direct Pine golf course view of holes 13 and/or 14.
The Mews residents are permitted to lease their residence twice a year with a minimum of 180-days.
